Join us for a cozy evening of reading and community at the Yankee Clipper Branch. Hygge (pronounced “hoo-guh”) is a Danish word that describes a feeling of warmth, comfort, and connection. It’s about finding contentment in simple, quiet moments shared with others.
Bring whatever book you’re currently reading and settle in for a relaxed night surrounded by fellow book lovers. We’ll start with a few minutes to chat and get settled, then enjoy some silent reading time together. The library will provide tea, coffee, and cocoa. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drink as long as it has a covered lid.
