The Hydro Dash is an exciting swim-and-run challenge that combines water 🌊 and speed ⚡ for a fast-paced, fun competition! Participants start with an energizing swim 🏊♂️, then transition to a short run 🏃 around the track before sprinting to the finish line. Racers compete within age groups and race the clock ⏱️ to see how fast they can go.
Age Divisions:
• 6–8 years
• 9–11 years
• 12–14 years
• 15–17 years
