β€οΈβπ₯ GENERAL
This is strictly an R18 event, and the GA lottery is open to Otago University and Otago Polytech Students in their 2nd year and above. Sorry, no first years.
Non-students and non-Otago students can only attend as residents, guests of residents, or adjoining street residents, but they MUST notify us by checking the box on the application.
There will be free food available for all ticket holders β including vegan and gluten-free options. And, of course, plenty of free water throughout the day. The key to the game is to stay hydrated and last the day.
β€οΈβπ₯ LOTTERY INFO (GA)
We are using a random lottery system like in past years so that it is fair for all Otago University Students to obtain a general admission wristband to Hyde Street. You must register first for the lottery.
You can register individually or as a group (of up to 6 people). After registrations close, successful students will be randomly selected by a random number generator, and successful applicants will be allocated a link to purchase their general admission tickets. Individual and group registrations will have an equal chance of being randomly chosen. If you register as a group and one person from that group is randomly selected, all of the groups will be selected as well. If you are successfully selected, a confirmation email will be sent with an individual link for payment online to secure a wristband.
You may only enter once! Duplicate entries will not be accepted, and any subsequent entries will be deleted.

General Admission/Invited by Resident/Adjoining Street:
$60 + booking fee. Online debit or credit card payment only β Credit Card charges may apply. No wristband, no entry.
Non Students:
$70 + booking fee. Online debit or credit card payment only β Credit Card charges may apply. No wristband, no entry.

β Wednesday, March 5 - Hyde Street Residents
Unique ticket links will be emailed to all residents so long as they have filled out their registration form. This link will get you your resident ticket.
Once YOU have PURCHASED your resident ticket, 7 Resident Guest ticket Codes will be sent to you to forward to your invited guests. These codes will expire on TUESDAY, April 1 at 11 pm so make sure your mates get in early!
β Tuesday, March 18 - Deadline for adjoining streets to register.
Those adjoining street residents surrounding Hyde Street receive a flyer with registration details β please fill out the online form by Tuesday, March 18, to ensure you get your unique ticket purchase codes. No Adjoining Street Ticket Codes will be issued after this date.
β Wednesday 19th March
Adjoining street residents who have registered will get a link emailed to them to purchase their ticket. You MUST purchase your ticket by Tuesday March 18. After this these codes will no longer be valid.

General Admission Lottery registration opens midday.
β Wednesday, March 12 - 11 pm
General Admission Lottery Registration closes.
β Friday, March 14 - 11 am
Those successful in the GA Lottery will be emailed with individual ticket links at approximately 11 am.
Tickets are available for purchase through individual links and codes from 11 am.
Those unsuccessful in GA lottery will be emailed by approximately 12 pm. But donβt despair! Keep your eye out as we will likely have another lottery round, and you are automatically entered!

ALL individual links to the 1st lottery draw expire. No exceptions.
β Friday, March 21 - 11 am
Any unclaimed/unused lottery ticket links will be emailed to the next in queue from the lottery. The second batch of lottery tickets goes on sale at midday. If you were not successful in the first round, check your emails!
β Wednesday, March 26 - 11 pm
The second batch of lottery tickets expires.
β Thursday, March 27 - 11 am
Any unclaimed/unused lottery ticket links will be emailed to the next in queue from the lottery around midday. Third and final batch of lottery tickets go on sale at midday. If you were not successful in the first two rounds, check your emails!
β Tuesday, April 1 - 11 pm
Residents Guest ticket links expire.
Adjoining Street ticket links expire.
β Wednesday, April 2 - 11 am
Final Lottery Closes
β Saturday, April 5 β Please show up early with your NZ Legal Photo ID and your Hyde Street Ticket
