Join us for a rejuvenating Hybrid Slow Flow Vinyasa/Restorative Practice that blends gentle movement with deeply restful postures. This calming experience is designed to unite breath and body through soft, flowing sequences that soothe the central nervous system and invite meditative awareness.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this ALL LEVELS class welcomes everyone. Our intention is to help you feel relaxed, grounded, and refreshed as you transition into your weekend.
Expect a space of peaceful connection where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and gently stretch and restore.

- A yoga mat
- A yoga block (if you have one — extras will be available)
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
