Hybrid 7 - Youth Fitness Challenge

Welcome to the first Hybrid 7 Youth Fitness Challenge by EveryOne Fit😀🏆

We’re super excited to announce our first ever functional fitness event aimed at young athletes🙌🏻

This is something we have been working towards for a while to give youngsters a different challenge to work towards!

Details of the event are:

Location: Revitalize Fitness and Spa, Unit 2a, Rowallan Business Park, Kilmarnock, KA3 6BQ

Date: March 29th 2026

Time: 4:30-7pm

Ticket cost - £22.50 per child (plus service charge)

Specific start times for each participant will be issued in the week before event day or once the event has sold out. The first start times will be 4:30pm and run in 10 minute intervals with the last start time being 6pm.
We kindly ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your childs start time to allow time for registration and a warm up.

There will be opportunities for parents and guardians to spectate at the venue.

Details of what the challenge includes:

400m run to start and between each station

Station 1

RowErg - 500m

Station 2

Burpee Plate Hops - 20

Station 3

Ball Slams - 25 (5/10kg)

Station 4

BikeErg - 1000m

Station 5

Sled Push - 40m (Sled plus 15kg/25kg plates)

Station 6

Box Jumps/Step Up’s - 25

Station 7

SkiErg - 500m

200m Sprint Finish

Ticket Price Includes:

• Full run through of our challenge
• Finisher’s Medal
• Goodie bag for each participant
• Prize for 1st Place in each age category
• Voucher for 1 Free Day Pass at Revitalize Fitness and Spa
• Voucher for 10% of 21 Day Youth PT Trial at EveryOne Fit
• Water provided to all participants

Also, 10% of all tickets sold will go to the amazing team at Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity💜

There will also be additional opportunity to donate on the day too if you wish!

Spaces to this event are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis
