This hybrid 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training blends a self-paced online YTT with an immersive in-person yoga retreat in Texas, giving you the flexibility to learn deeply without rushing. You’ll move through comprehensive online modules covering yoga anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and trauma-informed teaching, then bring everything to life during the July 8–12 in-person retreat through daily yoga and meditation, hands-on teaching labs, group discussion, and nervous system regulation practices in nature.
With ongoing mentorship and community support throughout the training, you’ll gain confidence, embodiment, and certification - without doing it alone.
