Celebrate Fourth of July weekend at Hyatt Regency Maui with an evening of bold flavors, live music, and community appreciation at the Hyatt Regency Maui & Proper No. Twelve Chili Cook-Off honoring Lahaina Firefighters.
On Friday, July 3 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, resort guests and the Maui community are invited to Hālona Kai for a family-friendly chili cook-off featuring original recipes created by Hyatt Regency Maui hotel department teams and judged by the Lahaina firefighters.
Guests will enjoy chili tastings, specialty cocktails, live music, lawn games, and giveaways in a lively outdoor setting. As part of the event, Proper No. Twelve will present a check donation to the Lahaina Fire Department in recognition of their dedication and service during and following the Lahaina Fires.
