How the day will look;
○ TEAMS OF 4 ONLY
○ Standard Hyrox format
○ Double the stations, split however between 4
○ Not a relay
○ All teams must run TOGETHER for every 1km
● Do not leave a team member behind ●
🏃♀️1km Run (start and between each stations)
⛷️ 2km ski
🛷 100m Sled Push
🛷 100m Sled Pull
🐸 160m Burpee Broad Jumps
🚣♀️ 2km Row
👨🌾 400m Farmers Carry
🦵 200m Lunges
⏺️ 200 Wall Balls
⏱️ 15 min start waves
All entries fees will go to the charity groups dedicated through @move_threesixfive
We will leave the entry fee up to you.
Donate what you can 🫶
To monitor entries we will ask for donations to be sent to us and we will send one big donation at the end
So tag your team mates, friends and local gyms. Even if you didn't know Al, all of us are BETTER TOGETHER 🤍
