HV Hikers: "Pickathon to Scouters Mountain" (difficult)

Meet at the Pendarvis Farm for a difficult hike of 3.5-miles up to Scouters Mountain Nature Park. Lots of hills, some nice woods, growing neighborhoods and more. Varied surfaces, so good walking shoes recommended. Sorry, no dogs allowed in the nature park, but energetic kids are welcome.
Note-There is no free parking at the event, so you'll need to figure out some method of getting to the gate at 8am. I've found that there can be parking in the neighborhood across Hagen Rd (enter off SE Pleasant Valley Pkwy, heading west on SE Pacific Crest Trail Pl), then walk the trail to the entrance. No guarantees, though. If you have a one-day event bracelet, you may meet us inside, just past the main entrance. Otherwise, we'll meet right at the main gate, then head out a few minutes after the start time.
