This interactive workshop is for YOU if you are a high achiever, leader and/or business owner who struggles finding balance and focusing on YOU. Leadership and personal growth coach, Jenny Revels of Revels Consulting & Coaching, who also has a background in Human Resources, corporate leadership, self-employment, parenting, and plenty of high achieving, people pleasing and perfectionism behaviors, will lead this engaging workshop where you will meet and learn from each other, while also uncovering tools and tips to align your work and life goals and vision with your passion, purpose, values and strengths. She can also offer insight into how to lead others authentically with a holistic and growth-oriented culture and mindset.
We will have a visualization meditation, action-oriented workbook, breakout sessions and networking opportunities, self-care tools and ideas, along with an introduction to Human Design & Gene Codes and some other assessment tools that can guide you immensely in your own self discovery, but also as development and growth tools with your team or others you lead (including your family!).
Light breakfast is included at beautiful Timber Hill Winery! Feel free to stay and mingle for lunch or wine, if you need a little extra self-care after the workshop.
