About this Event
This 12-week half marathon program is intentionally small (just 20 spots) so it stays personal, supportive, and actually useful. Whether it’s your first half marathon or you’ve done a few before, the focus is the same: train smart, stay consistent, and show up on race day feeling calm and ready.
You’ll get a progressive, structured plan with one (optional two) group runs each week, plus guided warm-ups, drills, and injury prevention support. There are two dedicated mobility sessions, runner-specific strength ideas, and a group chat to stay connected and accountable. You’ll also get a team shirt and a race week workshop to dial in pacing and prep—so nothing feels like guesswork.
Expect a few fun extras along the way from local businesses, too.
All running backgrounds are welcome—even if you’re not racing Seawheeze, the program still stands on its own.
