It has been an incredibly tough few weeks for our community. Our hearts go out to those affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The trauma and exhaustion that follows a disaster is often overlooked or dismissed. Rather then holding on to this negative energy, we’ll be gathering together to release and let go in a safe and nurturing environment at the yoga studio. Engage in discussion, mindfulness, compassion, and sacred connection.
