A 200 person pavillion surrounded by a beautiful, wooded area on Lake Lewisville has been rented for the entire day for our wedding and reception to follow.
The ceremony starts at 3pm followed by photos. Magan and I will change into shorts and t-shirt after the cutting of the cake, father/daughter dance, and our 1st dance as a married couple. Make sure to bring a change of clothes if you decide to not come dressed casual so you can participate in all the activities after. You may also want to bring a swimsuit if you plan to kayak.There is a bathroom close by to change clothes.
Get ready to have a huge family and friend celebration for all ages. There will be a bounce house with dual slides for both adults and kids to enjoy. There will be many outdoor games including cornhole, kickball, football, axe throwing, large connect 4, yard dice/yahtzee, ladder ball, bocce, lawn darts, croquet, washer toss, ring toss, and frisbee can toss. I will also bring my disc golf basket out there with a few discs for people to use. Bring your discs if you got them. Our kayaks will be there for anyone to use. You are welcome to bring your kayaks, jets skis, boats, and fishing poles!
There will be a chacuterie board for everyone to enjoy while dinner is being grilled. We are planning on having hotdogs, beef, turkey, and impossible burgers.
The wedding will wrap up around 10pm and everyone has to be out of the pavillion by 11pm. Magan and I are camping there from Friday October 10th - Monday October 13th. Many friends and family have or are getting camp sites beside us. Get with me if you want a site. We have many family and friends coming back out on Sunday, October 11th and Monday, October 12th due to the holiday to spend quality time hanging out, kayaking and fishing with us. If you haven't gotten with us on that let me know so we have enough food.
Most people live close by, but for the few of you who are coming in from out of town the closest hotels within 5 miles of our location are Fairfield, Comfort Inn, and Best Western in Corinth.
Since we already own a home with belongings we have decided to only accept donations to go towards a honeymoon.
We can't wait to spend the day celebrating with our closest family and friends. The code you were mailed along with the invitation gets you in and out of the park from 6am - 11pm on October 11th. If you plan to come out on October 10th or back out on October 12th or 13th get with us and we will give you our overnight camping code to get in and out for free.
