Hello friends!I’m happy to share some wonderful news: my Taiji and Qigong teacher, with whom I’ve been practicing for many years, is coming to Lisbon again 👇
From June 2 to 7, Vladimir Sidorov will be teaching Taiji classes in Jardim da Estrela.
Vladimir has been practicing and teaching these disciplines for more than 25 years. Since 2005, he has been studying the tradition of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, 18th-generation Chen-style Taijiquan master and founder of Hunyuan Taiji. Vladimir is a personal disciple of Master Pan Houcheng.
In 2025, the team led by Vladimir won multiple awards at the World Taijiquan Championship in Taiwan. Vladimir himself won a gold medal in Tui Shou — pushing hands.
This is a great opportunity to practice with a master who has dedicated his life to the art, belongs to a direct line of transmission from Chinese masters, and demonstrates — together with his students — an outstanding level at international competitions.

- Neigong
- Taiji Bang forms
- Sword forms
- Partner exercises
📍 Jardim da Estrela
⏰ June 2–7, 2 sessions per day: 9:30–12:30, 16:00–19:00
Each session lasts 3 hours, with one or two breaks for rest, discussion of the practice experience, and stories about the development of the art of Taijiquan.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
