Huntington Heckscher Park Saturdays are back!

The park is the perfect size to find a spot on the lawn, within view of the pond and the parking lot where we meet. Bring a towel or mat, water, and any elements for the environment/weather to make you comfortable, including sunscreen.

All levels breath and movement class with inspiring bits and pieces.
