Step back in time and discover the tools that helped early people survive and thrive! In this hands-on outdoor program, you'll explore the fascinating history of the atlatl—an ancient spear-throwing tool used long before the bow and arrow. After learning the basics, participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills with an atlatl and a bow and arrow. This program blends history, skill-building, and outdoor adventure in a fun, safe setting. Ages 9-12. Parents/guardians do not need to attend with their children. Cost $12.
