Hunter's Moonrise Hike

About this Event

Hola! This is a low-key hike to watch the sunset/hunters moon at Coyote Peak. We will meet at Pueblo Picnic Area (2nd location) please note you have to pay for parking ($6).

HOW TO FIND US: Glow Sticks

We will try our best to head back to the parking area by 7 30ish to avoid getting scolded by park staff 🤫

*** ~ 4 mi round trip so we will leave the meeting spot at 5:10 SHARP!

• If you get there later, check out the trail route to catch up
• along the way we will encounter some gneiss geology stuff that rx :)
  
• Bring water, snacks, hiking poles if needed, layers for later (gets kinda chilly), red flashlight
