Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open up to receive.

Please arrive a few minutes early. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are available. Bring a blanket, pillow, eye cover- basically anything you need to be comfy laying on the floor

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.
