Hummingbird Feeder Hands-on Workshop

At 12 p.m. on January 23, 2025, a hands-on hummingbird feeder workshop will be conducted for pre-registered participants . While not easily seen, hummingbirds are found on the Florida Treasure Coast. You can attract them to your yard using red tubular flowers such as Hamelia patens or by using hummingbird feeders. Participants will receive a 6 inch hummingbird feeder for their yard, along with instructions for care and use. Pre-registration is required. The program instructor is Ken Gioeli, UF/IFAS Extension St. Lucie County Natural Resources Extension Agent.
