All Welcome to join us. Facilitated by Sydel. Upstairs above the Hinata Cafe at Heart Place. 1pm-2pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early. The Nadabrahma meditation, also known as the "humming meditation," consists of three stages. The first stage involves humming for 30 minutes. The second stage,15 minutes, involves outward & then inward circular hand movements. The final stage is 15 minutes of stillness and silence.
