Featuring this year's Keynote Speaker: Dr. Fred Luskin, PhD:

Dr. Fred Luskin is a psychologist at Stanford University and Director of the Stanford Forgiveness Projects, a global leader in forgiveness research and practice. A pioneer in positive psychology and resilience, he has spent decades teaching evidence-based tools for emotional healing and stress reduction. His latest book, “The Forgive for Good Recovery Workbook”, applies his groundbreaking forgiveness model to addiction recovery, addressing shame, trauma, and relapse.

Dr. Luskin will be signing copies of his book at the conference.

Course Description:

Forgiveness as a Clinical Intervention in Addiction Recovery: Evidence-Based Strategies for Healing Shame, Trauma, and Relapse Risk.

Drawing from The Forgive for Good Recovery Workbook, participants will explore how unresolved resentment, shame, and trauma contribute to substance use disorders and relapse. The course provides practical tools for integrating forgiveness practices into clinical work to support long-term recovery and emotional regulation.

1 CE credit available
