Human Life Guild Day 2025

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Our day begins with Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m. in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, Providence, will be celebrated by Reverend Michael J. Najim, Pastor, St. Philip Parish, Greenville and Vicar for Priests for the Diocese of Providence, Homilist. The Human Life Guild Recognition Awards will be presented at the close of Mass. Following the Mass, brunch and presentations will be provided for registered guests in the Cathedral lower level. Infants in arms are welcome.

Our Presenters:

• Christina A. Cirucci, M.D. is a board-certified OG/GYN and Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has volunteered her medical skills in many third-world countries and has published peer-reviewed articles in medical literature. Dr. Cirucci will present on "Medic*tion Abortion: Myths and Misadventures."

• Sharon O’Brien, Ph.D., is Co- Founder and Director of Catholics for Family Peace Education and Research Initiative. She is an author and international presenter on the issue of faith communities' responses to domestic abuse and violence. Dr. O'Brien will present on "Catholic Response to Domestic Abuse: Hope, Help, and Healing."
