The Human Growth Foundation (HGF) invites you to a Family Day dedicated to individuals abnd families navigating life with skeletal dysplasia. This event is built with you in mind — the parents, caregivers, and loved ones who advocate, guide, and stand beside individuals with rare bone conditions every day.
This free program offers a s space to learn, connect, and gain clarity on the transition from pediatric to adult care — a stage that many families find both exciting and overwhelming.
What Parents and Caregivers Can Expect:
