A 2-day intensive workshop dedicated to those who want to deeply understand the role of the foot in human biomechanics. Through functional tests, postural analysis, and re-education strategies, you will learn to read and treat the foot as the origin of stability, efficiency, and injury prevention.HuMan FOOT is much more than a course about the foot: it is a journey into the deep understanding of the human body, starting from its foundation. The foot, often overlooked, is in fact a fundamental sensor for balance, posture, and the efficiency of every movement.
During the course, we will analyze the anatomical structure, neurological functions, and fascial connections of the foot, to understand how it influences every single motor action — from walking to training, up to sports performance.
Through a mix of theory and practice, you will explore specific tests, corrective exercises, and treatment strategies aimed at improving foot function and, consequently, the entire body system.
Intended for physiotherapists, podiatrists, coaches, trainers, and movement professionals, HuMan FOOT will provide you with concrete tools to read, assess, and intervene on one of the most important links in the kinetic chain.
