Michelle is a Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Wellness Expert who helps high-functioning, quietly-struggling women make sense of confusing symptoms and finally feel well again. With over 17 years’ experience and 500+ clients worldwide, she combines clinical insight, behavioural science, and real-world practicality to cut through the wellness noise. Known for her grounded, no-fluff approach, Michelle helps audiences find clarity, energy, and confidence in their own bodies. When not on stage, she’s usually found with coffee (before noon!), a handpan, and the sea.

✨ Expert Session

This talk cuts through the wellness noise to show why symptoms rarely exist in isolation — and why more effort isn’t the answer. Michelle guides audiences through a practical, root-cause lens, helping them understand what’s really driving fatigue, stress, low energy, and “off” health. With grounded science and real-life examples, she shares how small, well-chosen shifts can create lasting change — without turning wellbeing into a full-time job.
