Bio:

Heather Christie is a trailblazer: DJ, producer, vocalist, songwriter, mentor, music label founder, and mama; she is on a mission to usher in a new wave of feminine musical creation. Heather has gone viral and been featured in multiple publications for the story of her trailblazing in motherhood & music. Vir McCoy, a musical force in his own right, joins on lively stringed instruments such as guitar, Irish Tenor banjo, djeli ngoni from Mali, and the Turkish Cümbüs. Founder of the iconic worldbeat band Hamsa Lila, Vir has played with the Mickey Hart band, Dirtwire, and many other legendary players. Heather and Vir come together as songwriters, co-producers, and more as they complete their 2nd full length album together. You can hear their music across the world on Ecstatic Dance floors & festival stages, in commercials, and on the winds of inspiration. The live set is an eclectic, booty-shaking blend of live-electronic genres and will bring you deeper into your body, and leave you high on heart, soul, and rhythm.
