This introductory Human Design workshop is an invitation to better understand how you are wired to move through the world. Human Design is a holistic system that weaves together ancient wisdom and modern disciplines to offer insight into how you make decisions, use your energy, and interact with others. In this intimate, small group workshop, Valeri will guide you through the foundational elements of your personal chart (BodyGraph), including your energy type, strategy, authority, and energy centers. You will learn practical ways to work with your natural rhythms rather than pushing against them, creating more ease, clarity, and alignment as you step into the new season. Along with receiving insight into your own design, you will also learn through listening to and reflecting on others’ charts, offering a deeper and more embodied understanding of Human Design. To participate, you will need to provide your date, time, and place of birth in advance so your BodyGraph chart can be generated.
