Instructor/Guides Michelle Kennedy (owner de Novo Wellness) and Jennifer Wykoff (owner of Reiki Ranch Ohio) of Ohio Cuyahoga Valley area are bringing their expertise to the peninsula. As we learned in our first Human Biofield class - everything has energy, everything is connected - including you! Part II of this series takes us deeper, but this time, on a personal level. Learn about your own personal energy and how your “home” frequency feels.
We will also explore lower frequencies, how they feel, how they affect us, and ways to shift back into our home frequency. Included are easy and creative ways to enhance, nourish, and maintain your personal frequency for optimal balance.
$80 Workshop Includes:
Brief, deeper education on the human biofield
Exercises and activities to connect with your personal energy
Easy, effective methods to maintain biofield balance
Light refreshments
*It is not necessary to have taken Biofield Part I to enjoy this workshop.
--> When you pair this class with the "Understanding the Human Biofield" Class (being held from 9:30am-12:00pm the same day), the total for both classes is $140 (a $20 savings!).
We feature small class sizes to ensure an optimal learning experience for each participant. Class is limited to 15 participants!
