Hula In The Keys with Barefoot Daisy
Hula Dance • Māori Poi • Hula Hoop Flow
Join us for a tropical movement experience blending hula dance and flow arts for fitness.
We’ll begin with a gentle hoop flow warm-up to activate the body and improve coordination. From there, we’ll explore foundational Hula steps and storytelling arm movements. We’ll close the class by incorporating beginner-friendly Māori poi patterns into our Hula combinations.
Expect fluid transitions, grounded hip work, and plenty of twist-based movements that support core strength, balance, and graceful dance fitness.
Small hoops will be provided, with some larger ones available to share. You’re welcome to bring your own hoop if you have one.
