Hula Hoop with Rachel

Start your weekend with movement, music, and fun! Join me at Gene Leahy Mall every Friday evening in September and October from 6:30–7:30 PM for a free, all-ages hula hoop class. This accessible, beginner-friendly series is designed for all skill levels and ages to enjoy. Hoops are provided, the music will be flowing, and the vibes are strictly relaxed and supportive. No prior experience needed—just show up ready to spin, laugh, and try something new!
