HUG Grub - Equitable Food Distribution

🌿HUG Grub | Community Mutual Aid Distribution 🌿
Join us for HUG Grub, our ongoing mutual aid distribution rooted in food sovereignty, cultural connection, and community care. Grown on our 0.25-acre farm and stewarded by Black growers, we prioritize African descendants by providing culturally relevant food and herbs that nourish both body and tradition.
📍 Every 1st & 3rd Saturday
🕚 11:00am – 3:00pm
📅 Beginning April 18th through the first winter frost
This is a reciprocal mutual aid system. We ask those who receive to invest back into the work in one of three ways:
• Donate seeds
• Share our work (social media or word of mouth)
• Volunteer your time
Distribution Times:
11:00am – 3:00pm: Black community members
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Non-Black & Indigenous community members
2:00pm – 3:00pm: White neighbors
We are building a community-centered food system grounded in care, accountability, and shared responsibility. Come as you are, take what you need, and be part of sustaining something that feeds us all.🌱
