🎶 V rámci série World music fúzie, ktorú pripravujeme v spolupráci s World Music Festivalom Bratislava, vás pozývame na výnimočné hudobno-tanečné podujatie SĽUK: Pašie, v ktorom sa prelína minulosť so súčasnosťou a silné duchovné posolstvo s autentickou umeleckou výpoveďou.✨ Pašie je scénická freska o dvoch archaických podobách zápasu života a smrti. Tou prvou je tradičná ľudová kultúra s obrazmi kalendárnych obyčajov spätých s cyklom striedania zimy a príchodu novej, životodarnej jari. Tú druhú podobu reprezentuje biblický novozákonný príbeh o zrade, prenasledovaní, zajatí, umučení a ukrižovaní Ježiša Krista. Cieľom predstavenia je interpretovať príbeh o človeku a zemi, živú tradíciu a biblické motívy súčasnými umeleckými prostriedkami, jazykom divadla, tanca a hudby.

Hudobno-tanečné vystúpenie Sľuk: Pašie finančne podporili Mesto Trenčín a Trenčiansky samosprávny kraj a Ministerstvo kultúry Slovenskej republiky. Partnerom projektu je Európska únia.

🎶 As part of the World Music Fusion series, which we are preparing in collaboration with the World Music Festival Bratislava, we invite you to an exceptional music and dance performance SĽUK: Pašie, where the past intertwines with the present and a powerful spiritual message meets an authentic artistic expression.
✨ Pašie is a staged fresco about two archaic forms of the struggle between life and death. The first is traditional folk culture, featuring images of calendar customs connected to the cycle of winter’s passing and the arrival of new, life-giving spring. The second is represented by the New Testament biblical story of betrayal, persecution, arrest, suffering, and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The aim of the performance is to interpret the story of humankind and the earth, living tradition, and biblical motifs through contemporary artistic means — using the language of theatre, dance, and music.
