Many down payment assistance programs require a certificate from a HUD approved housing counseling agency to receive down payment and closing cost assistance through Federal, State, County, and mortgagor grant servicers.
The seminar will be held in person from 9am-5pm at 1701 E. Woodfield Rd, Suite 312, Schaumburg, IL 60173.
