HUB32 Subcontractor Outreach

To ensure the broader subcontractor community is made aware of the project, provided with the opportunity to bid and create partnerships with other subcontractors, The Michaels Organization / KMW Communities / TRUDelta as developer, with general contractors Skender + AshLaur JV, 28th Ward Alderman Jason Ervin, Garfield Park Community Council and Tandem Ventures, invite you to attend a Subcontractor Outreach for the HUB32 project.

Attendees will receive a comprehensive overview of the project which will be presented by the project team, be able to participate in the Q&A session, and have the opportunity to network with the developer and general contractor.

Bid documents will be distributed February 27th and subcontractor bids will be due March 13th, which makes the Subcontractor Outreach the perfect setting to learn more about the project and reporting requirements ahead of bidding, network with the general contractor and development teams, and create meaningful connections with other subcontractors that will be in attendance.
