📢 Attention all racers! 🚴‍♂️ Registration is officially OPEN- Don't miss out on the chance to join the fun and support a great cause. Sign up now and secure your spot!The Nanaimo Soapbox Derby is an annual one-day event dedicated to Family fun and fundraising. All profits from entrance fees and sponsorships go to the Child Development Centre Nanaimo. Kids and “big kids” are welcome to race and we’re always looking for local businesses who are interested in giving back to the community while benefitting from a great way to get their business noticed by the thousands of people that come out to see the racing.
“Our main goal here is to raise money for the Nanaimo Child Development Centre. The bigger the crowd we get out, the more businesses that get involved, the more races we have registered, the more sponsors…it all goes to a good cause.”
