The HSU Educational Foundation would like to invite community youth 8 years and older to an Open Aviation/STEM Day, a no cost event for students to explore the exciting world of STEM and Aviation. Great opportunity for you to get some last minute shopping done.

This event will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at the HSU Innovation Institute South location 709 Anchors St., Fort Walton Beach.

Some activities include:

Coding Drones and Drone Flight

Introduction to 3D Printing

Drone Simulation

FAA TRUST Certification

Python

Pizza lunch will be provided. It is recomended to bring a lunch if your participant does not like pizza. Bring a water bottle with the participants name on it. Participants need to wear closed toe shoes, no crocs.
