All members are invited to attend the HSTC AGM on Thursday 13 August at 7.30pm. Pizza will be provided.
The main items for the agenda are:
- Electing the Executive Committee for 2026-27
- Setting the Membership Fees for 2026-27
- Future works for the club
Interested in nominating to join our committee? If so, please ensure you talk to President Liz Campbell, Vice President Darren Wunderer or Secretary Serena Molloy prior to the AGM to find out more about the roles and expectations of our committee members.
Committee members are nominated at the AGM. If a committee role is not for you but you would like to help out and be more involved in the club, please reach out.
