Youth Development (7-10) - M/W 3:45-4:15pm
Junior High - M/W 4:15-5pm
High School - M/W 5-6pm, T/R 6:30-7:30am
Classes are led by certified strength and conditioning coach Kevin Nickel, MS, CSCS at Summit Sports Performance located at The Summit in Hutchinson.
