The session will share a simple framework and actionable steps HR teams can use to:

• Identify hidden barriers to women’s progression
• Build confidence and career clarity
• Create inclusive cultures that support performance and retention
• Equip HR and line managers to support women’s development effectively

There will be group activities and discussion so you can apply ideas directly to your own organisation.

About the speaker

Caroline Green

Caroline Green is an award-winning career development specialist, author of The Career Confidence Toolkit for Women, and founder of The Talent Cycle.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in talent and organisational development, she has helped organisations and individuals build confidence, clarity and inclusive career pathways. Caroline is a Registered Career Development Professional and Associate CIPD member, and a regular contributor to HR publications including Brightmine and Career Matters.

She is a passionate advocate for creating workplaces where all women can thrive.
