Shropshire Menopause Hub are excited to welcome Diane Porterfield-Bourne to talk to us about all things HRT. Diane is a British Menopause Society registered Menopause Specialist and an experienced Nurse Practitioner. You will hear about the hormones that alter in perimenopause and menopause and how hormone replacement medications that can support this. The many different combinations of gels, tablets and patches that are available will be explained, so you have a greater understanding of what is available.
This talk is aimed at anyone wanting to know about HRT, if you are considering your options, you are on HRT and want to know how it works or how to optimise its effectiveness or you want to learn about what roles these hormones play in menopause.
