This year’s Fall Yard Sale will be held on Sat. and Sun., October 4th & 5th.
Yard Sale Guidelines:
• Sales should be held on front yards only, as sales on rear entry driveways cause traffic
issues in the alleys and blocking alley access is a violation of city ordinances.
• Sales are to be held at the owner’s property.
• No sales may be held in the common areas or community parking lots.
• Sales may start any time after 8am.
• Owners must remove all sale items from their yards by 6pm on Sunday, October 6th.
*In case of inclement weather the sale will be moved to the following weekend, October 11th & 12th.
