Turnover costs mid-size firms $200K+ yearly in recruiting and lost productivity — much of it is avoidable.

Poor processes can cause up to 30% of voluntary quits through daily frustration, unclear roles, and bottlenecks that erode trust and morale.

This 45-Minute Presentation Delivers:

• Proven Links: How clear workflows cut stress, boost predictability, and lift retention by 20-30%.

• Empowerment Gains: Structured roles give autonomy and voice, fostering ownership and growth.

• Morale Boost: Organized systems reduce waste, free managers for coaching, and signal company

competence.

• HR Action Steps: Map journeys, spot pain points (onboarding, approvals), and partner for quick wins— no big budgets needed. Real Results from Case Studies.

Paul Graver started EXSETIS to build on his years of experience in quality and process management.

For 20 years of his more than 30 years of experience, he led the Technical Service and Quality teams at Mohawk Fine Papers Inc in Cohoes NY, achieving the position of Vice President. His focus was developing and enhancing the quality and customer technical service efforts and developing quality protocols for the entire company, including satellite locations, sub-contractor converters, and remote warehouses. He was actively involved with new product specification development and production rollouts, customer technical support, FSC certification, and developed data analysis methods and tools to assist in quality assurance and complaint analysis.
