Every event we run raises the bar, every athlete who steps into our arena adds to its legacy.
On Saturday 6th June, that legacy continues with HQ’s Strongest 2026.
This is not spectacle for the sake of spectacle.
This is strongman stripped to its core — outdoors,gritty, raw, and timeless.
At HQ, we honour tradition.
We deliver competitions that test willpower as much as muscle, and demand resilience, courage, and grit from all who enter.
