HQ has become a fortress of strength, a name now etched into the strongman landscape as one of the UK’s leading promotions. Every event we run raises the bar, every athlete who steps into our arena adds to its legacy.
On Saturday 6th June, that legacy continues with HQ’s Strongest 2026.
This is not spectacle for the sake of spectacle.
This is strongman stripped to its core — outdoors,gritty, raw, and timeless.
At HQ, we honour tradition.
We deliver competitions that test willpower as much as muscle, and demand resilience, courage, and grit from all who enter.

3 nominated attempts.
Event 3: Shield Carry (Max distance, 60s cap)
Beginners: 120kg
Novice: 140kg
Intermediates: 150kg

Event 4: Mini Deadlift for Reps (Parallel Bar) (Rebel Strength Frame)
Beginners: Hole 2 – 184kg
Novice: Hole 3 – 205kg
Intermediates: Hole 5 – 233kg
Opens: Hole 7 - 245kg
Event 5: Atlas Stone Run (5 Stone Series)
Beginners: 80–90–100–110–120kg
Novice: 90–100–110–120–130kg
Intermediates: 100–110–120–130–140kg
Opens: 120–130–140–150–160kg
