26th Anniversary of the Hickory Party Animals 2026 LABOR DAY BEACH BASH , this trip is ALWAYS open to the Public, Everyone is invited , September 2nd or 3rd through the 7th depending on your schedule
THIS TRIP ALWAYS SELLS OUT, I am allotted only so many rooms.
3 NIGHT MINIMUM TO STAY
YOU HAVE UNTIL AUGUST 8th , to PAY IN FULL, and IF YOU PAY BY JULY 31st you will get 1 free breakfast per person with a paid breakfast, plus the rates increase 10 percent each week, if I have any rooms left.
***DON'T WAIT until the week of and ask for rooms, I am only allotted so many rooms, so book early and pay to hold a room, a lot of the same people that come every year, take those rooms.

REMEMBER, THE HOTEL SELLS OUT EVERY YEAR, ONCE MY 70 ROOMS ARE GONE, THAT IS IT, no room at the Inn. a lot have verbally committed ALREADY and but not committed completely. So I have until August 8th, before losing the DISCOUNT we get at the hotel. If you are wanting to go please email me back. Around 65 have committed to going and last year we had our biggest end of the summer crowd with 188.
If you also pay 1 weeks in advance of the deadline and IF YOU PAY BY JULY 31ST, the hotel giving each person in the room 1 free breakfast PER PERSON with a paid breakfast. saving you 12.00 EACH, WITH the PURCHASE of 1 breakfast. I WILL NOT HAVE EXTRA TICKETS, once you get to the beach the breakfast price in the hotel is 17.95 so well worth the deal I get.

Once again we will be staying at Sands Ocean Club with Ocean Annie's. The rates are as follows . A great way to CLOSE OUT THE SUMMER with great rates as well.
There are SOME people, NOT ALWAYS, looking for roommates to cut the cost so if you are looking for someone to stay with let me know and I will try to place you with other fun people. Last year we had 188 and the year before 225 for the summer trip, so hope you all can join us again this year, looking around 65 CONFIRMING THE DATES so far signed up.
OCEANFRONT, directly facing Atlantic Ocean (add $15 per room, per night $200) All rates are based on (2) persons per bedroom and are exclusive of S.C. taxes and resorts charges. Rates may be higher over certain weekends and holidays. ( I only have 6 of these and 2 are taken already)
I will need YOU AND YOUR roommates NAMES by AUGUST 8TH and MONEY IN FULL, by then as well, to receive the full ALMOST HALF OFF DISCOUNT, after that it goes to 20% off no exceptions IF THERE IS ANYTHING LEFT, AND July 31st, if you want the free breakfast, with purchase of one.

1 BEDROOM EXECUTIVE SUITE , $295.00 per night(THIS IS TAX AND ALL CHARGES)(last year it was 275.00), 2 DOUBLE BEDS over looking the pool in a separated bedroom, Full Kitchen, washer dryer, and huge living room, it is the larger half of the 2 bedroom executive suites in the Pink Building.
2 Bedroom condo in the hotel, $305.00 per night tax and all(last year it was 255.00) 2 rooms with 1 queen bed in one bedroom, and 2 twins in another, and a couch bed, 3 beds and a couch bed, full living room area, full sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms, can sleep up to 6 with the couch bed in the living room, IN THE MAIN BUILDING
2 bedroom Executive Suites in the Pink Building,$375.00 per night tax and all(last year it was 350.00) can sleep up to 10 with the couch bed in the living room, behind the pool 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room, 4 beds total, full living room area, full sized kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms,
3 BEDROOM CONDOS IN THE HOTEL, $425.00 per night but sleeps up to 10 people(last year it was 415.00). 2 double beds, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa,full living room area, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms So six people is 50.83 per night, per person This Room would normally be 508.00 plus $27.00(surcharge) plus 2.50 resort fee(phone usage) SUBTOTAL 308.14 plus hotel tax 18%(55.46)=$635.00 if you book it yourself

We made a run up to Broadway to Dueling Pianos(Crocodile Rocks) we might go up there one night for a bit if you are interested.
Also, we are going to try Rogers New Place called AFTER25 formerly RENEGADES and WHISKEY BEACH,
ADULTS ONLY, remodeling and opening August 1st. Perfect weekend for us to break it in.
Roger makes anything he touches GREAT from Broadway clubs, 3001 revamping, should be fun.

Labor day will be our 27th year going to Sands Ocean Club, same deal book early and pay early, I won't be taking up money for that event until we get back, I appreciate you all and your friendship, don't strain mine by waiting til the last minute, plus rates are higher after you miss the deadline, if anything is left.
