Howls and Heroes for Healthcare Professionals at Maja Yoga

Join paws with us for a unique and heartwarming yoga class at Maja Yoga in Denville, NJ. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses combines the joy of yoga with the cuddles of adorable rescue puppies and dogs from Cold Nose Warm Heart.

This special event is presented in partnership with Mosaic Wellness Consulting to support stress relief, balance, and emotional well-being for medical professionals. The yoga class is open to all puppy posers, and healthcare professionals are invited to stay afterward for a dedicated networking mixer.

Event Highlights:

• 45-Minute Yoga Class: A certified yoga instructor will lead a mixed-level yoga session while rescue puppies and dogs roam freely, providing cuddles and puppy kisses.
• 15-Minutes of Snuggles: After yoga, enjoy a "snuggasana" session with the pups
• Healthcare Networking Event: Connect with fellow healthcare professionals after class during a casual networking event hosted by Mosaic Wellness Consulting. Be sure to bring business cards or marketing materials.

• Advance Purchase: $49.50
• At the Door: $60 (space permitting)

A portion of all ticket proceeds will be donated to Cold Nose Warm Heart.

Important Information:

• Bring Your Own Mat: Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
• Limited Space: Space is limited, so order your Pawssport today!
• Respecting The Rescue: The only dogs allowed on the class floor will be the rescue and no food or treats will be allowed on the class floor.
• Spectators are NOT Allowed: To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of participants and event staff/volunteers.
• Event Participants: The recommended age is 12+ to attend the class, however, children who are able to behave appropriately in a yoga class are welcome with a legal guardian. We ask all event attendees to have a great time while remaining respectful of those around them.
