A ticketed cookbook workshop focused on the community, curiosity, and kitchen adventures! Our June 2026 Workshop will be Tuesday, June 30 from 6:30-8:00 PM.Brought to you by Southern Dash Catering by MellMee + South & Pine/Blue Apple Books, your ticket includes:
*Cookbook
*Kitchen gadget OR baking/serving item
*Workshop led by Mellissa Meeks and/or the cookbook author
*Monthly tips and tricks via a newsletter tailored to that month's cookbook and/or kitchen gadget or baking/serving item
For our June workshop, Mellissa Meeks (owner of Southern Dash Catering by MellMee) will conduct the March Howlin' Owl workshop at Blue Apple Books / South & Pine, which will be an grilling-focused workshop featuring a variety of recipes perfect for summer.
Your ticket includes:
- Demonstration and samples of all menu items + a sample of paired beverages (including beer samples from Old Black Bear Brewing and assorted soft drinks)
- A fun food and drink-centered learning experience led by a catering pro
- A copy of the 'The Best Grilling Cookbook Ever Written by Two Idiots' cookbook
- Your choice of either a wooden salad serving set or ceramic dip bowl (two designs available)
