🛍️ Vendor Booths open at 3:30 PM — shop, browse, and meet local pet-friendly businesses.
📸 Photo Booth kicks off at 3:30 PM — capture your pet’s best Howl-ween look!
🐕 Pet Parade begins at 4:00 PM — strut your stuff through downtown in costume.
🏆 Costume Contest follows right after the parade (around 4:30–4:45 PM). This year’s theme is Disney Pets! 🌟 Dress as your favorite Disney duo or character — think Toy Story, Lady & the Tramp, The Aristocats, Oliver & Company, and more! Magical prizes await!
