Dress up your lovable pooch for Halloween to participate in this annual red carpet Costume Contest! Dogs and their parents are invited to register for the 12th annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Parade! Participants who register are eligible to win one of fourteen amazing prizes on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
This outdoor event is held at the Dog Park at Fairgrounds Park in Hagerstown, Maryland, located at 351 North Cleveland Avenue.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to be eligible for judging and prizes, and the first 25-50 who register receive a doggie/parent goodie bag! The cost is $10 to pre-register and $15 on site.
On-site registration and check-in for the parade is from 10:00am – 11:00am at the entrance to the Dog Park. From 11:00am to 1:00pm, enjoy the dog-friendly vendors, giveaways, and more! The parade officially begins at 11:30am.
A distinguished panel of judges will award dogs and their owners in the following categories: Best Friends, Best Dressed, Funniest, Most Creative, SuperDog and Team USA! Prizes also for Best in Show and Judge’s Choice.
