Bring a mat, blanket or just flow in the sand. You know we will howl during this donation based session
Walk to the beach access from the main parking lot past the restrooms and look left for our instructor Tom Helbig.
Tom is the playful owner of Tomfoolery Outdoors, lives in his van and offers yoga sessions while roaming around the world.
A soft red light is welcome but we are hoping for a clear moon lit evening
