Learn how to turn everyday challenges with young children into powerful brain-building moments using Vroom. This interactive session equips early childhood providers with practical strategies rooted in brain science to support emotional regulation, reduce behavior issues, and strengthen relationships through responsive, developmentally appropriate interactions.
Training Objectives:
1 .By the end of this session, the learner will Identify common challenging behaviors in early childhood.
2 .By the end of this session, the learner will Describe the Vroom framework and the basics of early brain development.
3 . By the end of this session, the learner will Compare the outcomes of reactive vs. responsive behavior guidance using Vroom.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
